One of our brand-new clients, an international fully regulated financial insitution, is expanding rapidly their local team in Cyprus and is currently seeking for a strong professional to fill the position of a Customer Care (Polish Speaker) based in Limassol, CY.

Please see below the main criteria for this role.

Key objectives of the role and responsibilities:

  • Maintain adequate knowledge of all internal software and systems;
  • Open customer accounts by recording required account information and maintaining customer records by updating account personal information;
  • Reply to inquiries via telephone, e-mail and live chat;
  • Resolve client’s technical issues with trading platforms (installation and setup);
  • Use available resources efficiently to assess the customer’s issue and recommend solutions;
  • Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate company unit;
  • Record details of each customer interaction and any actions taken as well as follow up on any customer issues requiring additional research;
  • Communicate with direct supervisory of customer care and/or middle office team regarding status of issues;
  • Recommend potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analysing customer needs;
  • Attend all Customer Care team meetings, as required;
  • Other responsibilities and duties imposed by supervisor;
