As of October 4th, 2021, the Minister of Labour, Welfare and Social Insurance announced through a decree (you can find the decree here) that employers can hire asylum seekers immediately by submiting a declaration of temporary employment. The declaration must be signed by the employer sent via email to director@dl.mlsi.gov.cy or via fax at 22400809, on the same day.
>The employer is oblidged to submit the application to employ the asylum seekers mentioned in the declaration together with all necessary requested documents, within a week.
>The employer is also oblidged to uphold the terms of the contract (available under forms section of the Labour department) during the temporary employment.

يلتزم صاحب العمل بتقديم طلب لتوظيف طالبي اللجوء المذكورين في الإعلان مع جميع المستندات المطلوبة المطلوبة.
صاحب العمل ملزم أيضا بدعم شروط العقد (المتوفرة في قسم النماذج في إدارة العمل) أثناء التوظيف المؤقت

À partir du 4 octobre 2021, le Ministère du travail, de la protection sociale et de l’assurance sociale a annoncé par décret (contenu du décret ci dessous) que les employeurs peuvent désormais embaucher des demandeurs d’asile immédiatement, en présentant une déclaration d’emploi temporaire. Cette déclaration doit être signée par l’employeur puis envoyée par e-mail à director@dl.mlsi.gov.cy ou par fax au 22400809 le même jour.
> L’employeur est obligé de réaliser cette déclaration pour embaucher un demandeur d’asile. Le demandeur d’asile doit être inscrit dans la déclaration et tous les documents requis doivent y être attachés, dans une semaine.
> L’employeur est aussi obligé de respecter les termes du contrat (disponible dans la section formulaires du site du Département du travail) pendant toute la période temporaire d’emploi du demandeur d’asile.
