These schools are called State Institutes of Further Education or KIE. They operate under the Cyprus Ministry of Education and Culture.

Only  Recognized Refugee or  Subsidiary Protection holders are admitted. You will need to show your residence permit (ID) and ARC

The cost is just 10 euro per year.  Classes are offered 2 afternoons every week for 3 hours in total.
