The company was re-incorporated in Larnaka in 1976 following the Turkish invasion and the occupation of the company’s factory at Pyroi. It currently employees 84 full time employees for production, distribution and administration purposes. Its principal activity is the refining, bottling and distribution of edible oils and the manufacturing and distribution of Margarine and Emulsified Sauces. In 2007 the company started the production of biofuel through a separate plant.
