The Ermes Group, member of the CTC Group, seeks to recruit immediately a Cook, for the Ergon Deli + Café store, located in Limassol.
Main Responsibilities
- Have excellent knowledge of the food menu.
- Have the responsibility for the preparation of the kitchen and materials used in the preparation of food, based on standard recipes.
- Ensure compliance with food safety procedures and regulations.
- Ensure that a high level of customer service and satisfaction is provided.
- Ensure the cleanliness, appearance and functionality of the work area, with proper application of sanitation rules.
- Prepare the kitchen and materials used for the next shift.
- Comply with Company regulations, including strict adherence to the work schedule.
- Promote teamwork and cooperation both within the department and with other departments within the Company.
