The Ermes Group, the largest and most diversified retail organization in Cyprus, member of the CTC Group, seeks to recruit immediately a Cold Kitchen Assistant, for the Ergon Deli + Café store, located at the The Mall of Cyprus, in Nicosia.
Main Responsibilities
- Prepping salads & sandwiches.
- Placing food items into containers.
- Sealing containers safely - Complying with Health and Safety Procedures.
- Weighing and measuring ingredients as per companies recipe book.
- Weighing food containers before finalizing the product.
- Marking food containers with content information.
- Cleaning and sterilizing the area and food containers for food safety.
- Inspecting food items.
- Assessing the final container and completing a checklist to ensure accuracy.
