Lokalise is looking for a Senior Product Manager (Growth Monetization) to help formulate innovative pricing and packaging approaches that will drive growth and profitability across its portfolio of infrastructure engineering software. As part of the Product Strategy team, your primary objective will be to help product executives unlock more value and maximize business potential.

You will:

  • Design, implement, and iterate a value-maximizing pricing strategy for Lokalise.
  • Manage and own buyer persona research, understanding how different users value the product and why.
  • Manage and own pricing strategy from a functionality, feature, or value point of view – understanding what the optimal value metrics to drive customer acquisition and expansion are.
  • Build a strong understanding of the value our products deliver for our users, research competitive offerings, and understand details of pricing architectures and price points.
  • Define, together with main stakeholders, subscription packaging structure, while securing alignment between packaging and value perception from customers.
  • Manage and own price point research, understand willingness to pay and how it behaves differently from segment to segment or from buyer persona to buyer persona.
  • Develop methods to monitor the progress of pricing effectiveness across industry sectors and sales regions.
  • Lead cross-functional projects to continuously innovate pricing approaches to take advantage of market opportunities.
  • Provide guidance to product management teams and enable them to master pricing approaches.
  • Influence the product roadmap and create clarity and certainty about pricing.
Required Languages:
Required Qualifications/Skills: 

You must have:

  • 3+ years of B2B SaaS pricing, packaging, or monetization experience (product management experience is a plus).
  • Superior analytical capabilities with a deep understanding of how a business operates, particularly in terms of business and product positioning.
  • The ability to work independently on multiple high-impact projects simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with developer-focused software products and their business models.
  • Well-honed communication and influencing skills, and a facility to work with C-level and senior executives across cultures.
  • The self-assurance to challenge and be challenged, being comfortable both leading and supporting.
  • A growth-driven mindset and entrepreneurial outlook.
