SYNTHESIS Center for Research and Education Ltd is a pioneering organisation which implements projects with social impact, particularly in the fields of entrepreneurship, employment, migrant integration and social inclusion.
SYNTHESIS invites you to a series of mentoring sessions for third-country nationals, asylum seekers, migrants and refugees. These sessions aim for 35 persons to be mentored by 35 locals for social integration in Cyprus and work placement. Specifically:

10 refugee university student in Cyprus will become mentees of 10 local university students;

10 refugee families/ individuals will become mentees of 10 local families / individuals;

5 refugee persons will complete work mentoring at 5 local social enterprises;

10 refugee persons will become mentees at 10 local associations or networks working in the field of migrant integration.
Dates of mentoring:
June 2022 – onwards
Educational benefits: Familiarization with basic concepts of mentoring, empowerment, cultivation of interpersonal skills, ability to identify needs and autonomy to accomplish them, capacity to navigate the Cypriot integration system, work experience at local entreprises and networking.
