We’re hiring for:

We are looking for an Internal Communications & Documentation Specialist who will join our People Team and help Lokalise streamline an effective internal communications strategy. Your purpose will be to share the ways in which Lokalise cares for and supports its team, by creating a strategy and successful messaging around our processes, policies, benefits, training programs, and many other People products, in an empathetic way.

You will:

  • Partner closely with all People roles to understand how programs and initiatives impact our people.
  • Influence the direction of processes and policies and help connect the dots across the organization to ensure that teammate experience is at the center when communicating change.
  • Design internal communications strategies.
  • Design our internal handbooks and streamline all People documentation.
  • Work cross-functionally with our Marketing and Employer Branding teams to align on communication goals, channel strategy, and messaging.
  • Partner with the Design team or agencies to develop complementary visuals and videos for internal and external use, when appropriate.
  • Partner with the Operations team to streamline our internal meetings strategy
Required Languages:
Required Qualifications/Skills: 

You must have:

  • 3+ years of work experience as an internal communications manager in a fast-growing company
  • A proven track record of building communication plans as well as executing against them
  • Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously, while building cross-functional relationships
  • Experience supporting People/HR communications in a remote-working environment
  • A strong creative mindset, the capacity to write engaging messaging, and the ability to act as a champion for top-notch employee experience
  • Experience with change management
  • The ability to ask the right questions in order to gain a quick understanding of a program or initiative to craft rich narratives 
  • Fluent/Native level of English
  • The ability to stay focused and flexible in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
