A.N. Stasis Estates PLC is looking for a Head Chef to lead the kitchen team. The hotel operates a buffet for AI, HB and BB guests.
Duties and Responsibilities:

Control and direct the food preparation process.

Direct and oversee the execution of daily menus

Set, adjust and overview all recipes.

Supervise, guide and control cooks and kitchen staff

Ensure great presentation of the served food
-
Ensure all food and other ingredients are stored properly
-
Order from stores stock
-
Enforce strict health and hygiene standards
-
Maintain a climate of smooth and friendly cooperation
Requirements:

Previous working experience of at least 3 years in a similar position

Knowledge of Greek and/or English Language
