We are happy to announce that the company is currently seeking for a successful candidate that will join their large team in the position of Facebook User Acquisition Officer based in Limassol, CY.

Key objectives of the role and responsibilities:

  • Manage and scale paid acquisition campaigns to grow userbase profitably;
  • Monitor, optimize and report on campaign performance on an ongoing basis;
  • Identify optimization opportunities to help improve performance;
  • Develop, execute and analyse A/B tests on creatives and landing pages;
  • Collaborate with design, product and data analytics teams to develop effective acquisition strategies;
  • Communicate campaign performance and test results to the broader marketing team and executives;
  • Help with development of analytical tools, technologies and processes to drive efficiency across the Marketing team;

Required experience and main characteristics of our preferred candidate:

  • 3+ years of user acquisition or mobile media buying experience, with a strong track record of measurable results;
  • Experience with Facebook as a top marketing channel;
