What we do

Businesses like Hyundai use our localisation platform to bring developers, designers and translators together in one virtual workspace. They use our platform to translate and localise content so it can be delivered across the web, apps, documents and even games to customers in their native languages.

Simply put: companies that localize can connect with over 8 billion people on the planet.

We are looking for an experienced Product Leader, director position who will help Lokalise drive growth strategy in the areas of acquisition, monetization, and retention.

This role involves a mixture of leadership and hands-on work. You will be responsible for helping to formulate innovative pricing, setting up the product teams, and growth strategy for success.

You will:

  • Design, implement, and execute a value-maximizing pricing strategy for Lokalise
  • Partner with the executives to define overall growth strategy and an execution pathway to achieve and measure success
  • Build, lead, and grow a team of talented Product Managers, helping them do the best work of their careers.
  • Build a strong understanding of the value our products deliver to our users, research competitive offerings, and understand the details of pricing architectures and price points
  • Own the end-to-end user and buyer journey, in partnership with engineering, analytics, UX design, product management, and product marketing
  • Define and develop relevant KPIs to monitor and optimize long-term business performance
  • Help drive the Product Management practice and culture, both in how we work and the design of the organization.
Required Languages:
Required Qualifications/Skills: 

You must have:

  • 8+ years of experience in product management, ideally in SaaS and product-led growth environments
  • Demonstrated experience in product-led growth, customer journey, or a bottom up sales structure
  • The demonstrated ability to drive business goals such as free-to-paid conversion or user retention
  • Extensive expertise in quantitative analysis and the presentation of data, to see beyond the numbers and understand how users interact with products, identify growth opportunities, and execute projects to drive growth and engagement
  • Well-honed communication and influencing skills, and the ability to work with C-level and senior executives across cultures
  • The self-assurance to challenge and be challenged – comfortable both leading and supporting
  • A growth-driven mindset and entrepreneurial outlook

It will be considered a significant advantage if you have:
