DOREA is an educational organisation established in 2012 offering high-quality non-formal education and training to young people as well as adults, covering the three main areas of non-formal education i.e. socio-cultural education, education for personal development and professional training.
DOREA aspires into creating a difference for the future by placing its emphasis on human potential and empowering people to find their own voice and tap into their own giftedness.
This half-day workshop aims to introduce participants to personal, social and learning to learn (PSL) competencies while helping them to discover their strengths as well as areas that require improvement. During the workshop participants will also improve their teamwork and communication skills needed to enhance teamwork capacity, create a confident, relaxed, and constructive working environment.
The face to face workshop will be followed by 2 online workshops.

Main aims of the workshop:
• Introduce of PSL competencies and their importance
• Help participants to discover and evaluate their own skills and competencies in a structured way
• Enhance participants employability skills, namely teamwork, communication and conflict management

Each participant will receive printed workshop material, access to online materials and a certificate of attendance.
Health & safety measure guidelines will be implemented – participants are asked to have safe passes, wear masks, keep the social distance, etc.
Workshops are bicommunal events open for participants from all over Cyprus.

Workshops are a part of the Erasmus+ KA2 “Master” project activities. It is FREE, however, due to limited space available and COVID-19 measures, registration is required.
