The organisation is looking for a cook who will be able to prepare a full meal for a small number of guests/clients (around 15 each night). The focus of the menu will be exclusively on the cook's home country, in order to raise awareness of different cultures in Cyprus through food.

The cook will prepare a meal inspired by their home country's food and culture. The idea is that the menu will reflect the journey the cook has made, in order to celebrate their culinary identity and their stories behind food. The cook will also be encouraged to share some information about the background of each dish with the guests.
